My older son he is 12 years and my little boy he is 18 months, my question is if i have to paid for my little boy?

Q: I have 4 questions for the "9-Day Spain to Portugal Tour" 1. Do you have any 9 days tour within the days 12/19/15 - 1/2/16. If one of the 9 days include Christmas, what will happen to that day? Will everywhere be closed on that day? 2. Will the tour be starting from Barcelona and ending in Madrid or from Madrid to Barcelona 3. Will the tour be conducted in English? 4.
