Q: Regarding three day NIAGARA FALLS , NY and Washington Trip, Please advise on the itinerary for the Trip starting 5th July. Your website is quite confusing. Your trip header says NIGHT view of NIAGARA falls only. Will we be going in the MAID of MIST next day?

Q: I saw that the extra $8 and $1 are fees for the tour guide. Is a tip expected in addition to those mandatory fees? How does one usually tip the bus driver? The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Please pay at least the recommended service fee because the tour guides and drivers work hard to accommodate many people on the tour. Tips are paid in cash directly to the tour guide, usually at the end of each day. Generally, you are able to know the tour bus type at one to two days prior to the tour departure date.
