Q: We are planning to join the 3 days tour from NY to Niagara Falls in December. The wheather must be very cold. Base on the history, can you let me know the following: 1. were there any trip cancellation due to wheather condition or snowing in the past 3 years? 2. We would like to take the boat rides or the ject boat ride in Niagara Falls. Are they in operating during in the week of Dec 28th? 3. Will we have time to go on the boat ride if they are open?
