Q: aloha, we're planning to take this package tour this coming august 15. we decided to start from Honolulu to Vancouver. can you arrange our hotel? if god willing we will arrive there at 7am august 16. we will take the hotel that you offer in the package except the meal plan. we want the hotel close to YVR airport and the complimentary airport pick up. double occupancy. thank you and hear from you soon.

In that case, we suggest that you choose the departure date for Aug 16th and we can offer transfer from YVR airport to the tour hotel on that day. We have 4 types of hotel accommodations: Type A - Value: La Quinta/Hampton Inn or similar. / Type B - Deluxe: Executive Plaza / Westin Wall Centre or similar. / Type C - Budget: Barclay Hotel or similar. / Type D - Premium: Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center or similar You can choose the hotel option(hotel price varies) when making the online reservations. Type A- Value will offer hotels close to the airport, generally with complimentary shuttle service. Q: Sorry. I don't understand this *"No-shows" will be assessed a $408.00 fee per passenger, that is to be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. Does it mean each of passenger have to pay $408 more beside the tour price ($429.00 for triple, for example)? So the total payment would be $429 + $408 = $837/person? Also I wonder whether the Disneyland and Universal admissions include all activities we attend there? Do we have to pay more for each activity or game in Disneyland and Universal Studio? 2015-07-28 23:44:12 Dear Gem, If you place a reservation for 3 guest and on the day of the tour only 2 of the guest arrive the 3rd passenger is considered a "no-show". The penalty will then apply of $408.00. If you need to remove a passenger from the reservation you must email us and notify us before the tour start date.
