Dear Nelly, Thanks for your inquiry. We are not able to do the last minute change and there will be penalty to cancel one of the guests. You can check the cancellation policy for the tour included below for your convenience. CHANGE POLICY: If any amendments including date changes or reducing the number of guests are made at least 17 days before departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee, otherwise we'll charge the penalty fee according to the below policy plus the $30 Amendment Fee: - If amendment is made within 5 days(work days) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged. - If amendment is made 6-9 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged. - If amendment is made 10-16 days before departure date, 30% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
