Please leave us a pick up address when booking online. Generally, we do not provide wifi on the bus. You may also check with hotel reception whether wifi provided in the room. I arrive at JFK airport at 11:50 am. I check that international flights have to go exit area(arrival hall) to take pick-up bus. but i concern that i cannot find the pick-up bus. how can i find your operating pick-up bus? also i want to know interval time of the bus. lastly, i plan enjoy your tours that have admission not included; optional like Liberty Cruise, but some tour cannot attract me to pay admission. i wonder that if i do not pay admission, how i can spend my time during others who pay admission enjoying tours. thanks

I have several questions to make about the tour(product code 183-4963). First of all, I have a payment issue. I'm trying to book for four people(2 adults and 2 children) and when I click it on the main page it says I can save about 262 dollars(976 USD for total) for the trip but when I procceed to pay it says 1,238 USD without the discounted amount so I'm wondering if there's some sort of a coupon I can download to get the discount. I'm also wondering about the location you'd take us after the trip. I need to book another hotel for the night I arrive so it'd be nice if you can tell me exactly when and where we get off. Like I mentioned before I'm taking two children so I'm wondering if I should bring a birth certificate for them. And I'm also curious of the meal plan for the children. I'd really appreciate it if you can answer all four questions I've asked. Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Please include your request to add on a post tour extension to allow us to check for availability and offer suitable post tour extension options to add on to your tour package reservation. A visa is not required for U.S. citizens. However, please bring your photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork may be required from visitors from some countries; this may only apply to a very few countries.
