Q: Hi, I am a bit confused about the luggage information concerning this trip. What does "customers who carrying any big sized baggage will not be allowed to get into Dam" mean? Can we leave the luggage in the bus? I saw that with other tours, one checked bag and one carry on is allowed, is that the case with this tour as well? Thank you very much, Katharina

2017-07-28 20:37:29 Hello Katharina, You are allowed to bring one carry on and a large luggage. Due to security check at Hoover Dam, customers who carrying any big sized baggage will not be allowed to get into Dam; carry-ons such as small backpacks are okay. If customers have big sized luggage, luggage deposit service available with additional fees applied when you check-out; or you can contact tour guide one day prior to departure date and leave your big sized luggage at the local office.
