If we book the tour for 4 people and we are landing in different airports, can we all get free airport pickup? Or do we all need to be picked up from the same airport? Does the same thing apply to drop off?

That is correct we offer only one complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off per reservation. For additional pick-up services, please include your request for a for a quote in the reservation request section when placing your order online.

i'm italian and i'm planning a trip to US and i'm thinking of choosing this tour (los-angeles-las-vegas-yellowstone-antelope-grand-canyon-tour-8-day). i need to know the drop off location: are they the same as meeting location points (except for best western in 15000 Hawthorne Blvd., Lawndale)?
have i to tell you during the online booking or i simply have to tell that to the couch driver?

Yes, you may get dropped off at any of the meeting locations for the tour except for Best Western Plus South Bay Hotel LAX 15000 Hawthorne Blvd., Lawndale, CA 90260.
You may directly inform the tour guide once you join the tour, or you can include a reservation request note about your preferred drop off location when placing your order online.
We do have limited seats available on certain dates. We suggest you make your reservation now to secure your space on your desired departure date.

Planning trip to Arizona and Utah in late April/early May and intending staying at Marriott Canyon Villas or Peoria for 7 days. Can we get picked up(party of 2) at either of these places or do we need to drive to central pickup point?

My husband and I and another couple wish to take the 2 Day Bus Tour ex New York to Washington via Philadelphia and the Amish Village (Code 81-138) on Friday 10th November. However we note that there is no guarantee we would visit the Amish Village. As we would see this as a highlight of the 2 day tour can you advise under what circumstances the visit to Amish Village would be cancelled.

If you do not pre-paid online, you need to pay to tour guide directly when you are on bus.
