Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Some tours may be cancelled by extreme weather. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute.

Reading the terms and conditions, this statement: "Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" worries me a bit. I see this would cost $156.98, so under what circumstances would this price raise?

We are thinking of taking the 3 day LA to LV and Grand Canyon tour in mid December. We would like to visit South Rim. I have a couple of questions please:
1. Is the weather usually ok to allow the trip to South Rim at that time? If not, what options are there?
2. Do you do pick ups in/near downtown area if it's not listed in your meeting spots. Is there any additional charges if you do?

There may be rare instances where severe weather for winter departures may require changes to the tour itinerary, but the tour will endeavor to go out to the South Rim for all its departures.
Pickups are only available out of the meeting points listed on the tour's information page.
