Q:
Hi! I am interested in booking this tour. We plan to visit New York on May 6, 2008. We will be joining this tour on May 8, 2008. Since this is a 5 day tour, this means that we should be back from Boston to New York City on the 12th of May, 2008, right? Are you allowed to drop us at our hotel in new york? If not, where then is the drop-off point? Also, we are 2 adults and 2 kids. Since we are tourists and joining this tour is just a part of our entire iterinary, we will be bringing at least 1 luggage each person. Is there a limit to the number of luggages for each person? And, is there a size limit as well? Also, what kind of bus are we using? Is there a WC or wash room inside the bus? Thank you.

Dear Jennie, USA is a very culturally diversified. We welcome people from different countries and from all walks of life. This tour is offered in both English and Chinese because many Asian customers will join this tour. However, you will have people from other countries or US domestic as your fellow travelers on this tour. Tour guide who conducts this tour is considered the most experienced in provider's company and is fluent in both English and Chinese. You will have some meals at Asian restaurants but not for all the meals. If you compare this tour with similar package offered by other companies, you can see its great advantage in price. It is considered good value because of quality of service, level of comfort by traveling in a deluxe motor coach and most importantly, the beautiful scenery that you will experience without worries from planning the travel on your own or tiredness of driving long distance. People who can enjoy travel are those who are open-minded about culture and love sharing experience with others who have different background. Q:
If I am booking a tour for my wife, 11 year old daughter and myself in December 2008 of West Coast USA, could you advise the likely make-up of our fellow travellers...age etc. and the type and size of coach. I am not a big fan of large tour groups. Also, if we then wanted to travel on to Hawaii for a week before returning to Australia, could you also organise that component?

Q:
Dear sir, Thanks for your explanation. I have the following questions: - In your view point, to a guy who goes to the Great Canyon the first time and maybe not a second chance, which one is more interesting and magnificent, west or south rim of Great Canyon? I believe in your judgement. - With substitution of new 3-day package, what is the price gap and more or less? How to connect before and after the new 3-day package and where is the rendezvous? Thanks so much. Regards, Roger
