Q:
Hello, I did not understand I can get back the chargeback fee or not. My further questions: 1. How shall I fill in the reservation form, if they want to be in a room for 3, but the third person comes from Holland and she will pay it and I pay for the two? 2. You did not answer my former 2nd question. 3. If I pay for the 23rd August tour in a week, can they get the ticket at the beginning of June before they leave from home? 4. Can we get some discount if they join a one day Disneyland tour, too? Thank you for your kindness, Mrs Huszar

Dear Mrs. Huszar, In regards to the chargeback fee, if you were to chargeback (ask for a refund on your credit card) after charging your credit card, without valid reason, we have the authority to charge an additional $100 for fees involved. But if you were to not chargeback, you will not be charged for the $100 fee. If your friend wants to pay with a separate credit card, please have her include her credit card information in the comment section. We will adjust the main credit card amount and charge the additional credit card and e-mail you the adjusted information. Once you have completed your payment and requirements for your reservation, we will then process and issue you an e-ticket for the reservation. The e-ticket is issued through e-mail and can be printed on any computer that has internet access. We can offer you a 5% discount on the additional Disneyland Tour, after your 1st completed reservation. Thank you for your inquiry, Best Regards, Julia Customer Service Rep www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Hello, I would like to book this tour for my daughter and her friend. I have some questions about it: 1. As I read the Customer Agreement I found there $100 chargeback fee. Does that mean I have to pay the $1288 plus $100? Is that per person or by the amount? So how much will be the total amount? 2. I understand you have the right for changes. Can the final price can be higher after that I paid it? 3. As I am a foreigner and my bank card has a certain limit for a day can I pay by bank transfer? 4. The Customer Agreement contains that you send the E-ticket only 2-4 days before the departure. My problem is that they will leave their home two months before that tour. What is the solution in this case? Thank you, Mrs Huszar

Dear Huszarne Farkas Zsuzsanna, Chargeback means to claim your money back on a transaction. So if you should conduct a chargeback for unsupported reasons, Tours4Fun can charge the full amount of the original transaction, plus $100 as fees. If there should be more than one transaction, it would be $100 per transaction. So in your example, $1288 + $100 = $1388. After you have made your reservation, should there be a reason to adjust your tour price, we will notify you in advanced. You may select your payment option as bank wire transfer when proceeding with your tour package booking. Depending on how far in advanced you make your reservation online, we will try to issue an e-ticket at least 2-3 days before your departure date. If we have all the necessary information to process your reservation, we can possibly issue you an e-ticket immediately. Thank you for your inquiry. We hope to see your reservation soon. Dear Elisa, Unfortunately, this tour is as of yet, only conducted only in English and Chinese. Our tourists include many visitors from all over the world: France, Spain, England, Netherlands, Egypt, Nigeria, Australia, Brazil, Venezuala, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, and much more. Since you are a Spanish citizen, we recommend you to visit your embassy to inquire if you will need a visa to enter the United States. Once you enter the U.S. you may join this tour without an additional visa, since it visits on the U.S. side of the Niagara Falls. Thank you for your inquiry.
