Q: Hi, myself and a friend have booked the 3 day San Francisco Tour (USLA2-110) departing Jan 30th. I was wondering whether there was opportunity to visit Alcatraz whilst in San Francisco. Also has the visit to Yosemite been confirmed for this tour, or has the weather affected this? Thanks

2010-01-13 16:50:54 Hi Raechelle Schaefer: We cannot guarantee that you will have the time to visit Alcatraz as the times of the sightseeing schedule in San Francisco can vary and we could not confirm availability of an Alcatraz tour for you. The visit to Yosemite is part of the tour package regardless of when you book. If there are any changes, we would definitely let you know ahead of time as the situation allows. Q: I am interested in attending the 7 day Northeastern tour in June 2010 but have a few questions: 1) If I would like to visit the Smithsonian American Museum rather then the Museum of Natural History is that possible? 2) How would I arrange the trip if I were driving in from out of town rather then flying into an airport? 3) If I would like to rent a car to drive into NYC will there be a place I can pick up the rental car at the end of the trip? 4) Do I need a passport if I am a U.S. citazen and am not traveling to Canada on the trip? 5) Will there be time to souvineer shop at major attractions in NYC i.e. the statue of liberty? The coach will transfer all customers to airport directly, you might be dropped off on the way to airport, but please inform tour guide when boarding.
