Q: I can't see the similar tour for budget conscious. Is it still available? Can we be pick up from our hotel or do we have to go to Flushing or Chinatown to be pick up?? So can u recommend a hotel that is close by the pickup point. We plan to stay at Times square for a few days b4 the tour dateie16/6/2010. Thanks. Arrange for a pickup out of any of the NYC airports anytime between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. 2. Arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the first night anytime past 3:00 pm. I READ ALL ABOUT THIS TOUR, ITINERARY, PRICING, REVIEWS & Q/A BUT STILL HAVE QUESTIONS. HOW MUCH MONEY SHOULD A FAMILY OF 4 NEED TO BUDGET FOR BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNERS? Time for lunch and dinner varies from 45 minutes to 1 hour or longer, depending on where we stay for the meal, the arrangements are made by the tour guide. The cost of each meal depends on what type of food you choose to purchase. Guests should prepare $20 USD to $30 USD for three meals per person per day. Breakfast is not included but you will always have the option to eat at the hotel before you depart for the tour. Please note that you will be responsible for those charges before hotel checkout.
