Q: I have finalized to take this tour with my family during Aug 2010. How many days in advance would you recommend for booking. Will you also arrange for hotel to stay near to your pickup piont at chinatown since we are coming after around 20 hours flight with kids. We need to relax for a day before we take this tour, come back relax an take another two days tour with you. I remember in one of your deals you have mentioned you can arrange hotel in Manhatten center around $120/day. Thanks

You should book the tour as soon as possible to make sure we are able to reserve a spot for you and have enough time to properly service any other needs you might have.
If you would like to relax for a day, I suggest you book a pre-tour hotel extension. The pre-tour extension would allow you to get a good night's rest in before you depart on your tour. We are able to book you a pre-tour hotel extension if you need.
If you mean you would like to take 1 day of the tour then relax one day then take another continued two days, we are unable to do that for you. You cannot leave the tour after the first day, take one day away from the tour, and then take the next two days of the tour.
One tour may offer a hotel extension at the Manhattan Center but not all tours will offer this. We do our best to book hotels that are along your tour's route or will complement your tour.

• Credit card holder is NOT one of the guests who will join the tour or
• Your billing address can NOT be verified by our system or
• Credit card transaction amount is over $3000.00
What supporting documentation is required?
1. A photocopy of the credit card holder's photo ID (valid photo ID includes US-issued Driver's License or US-issued Photo ID or National Passport with signature page)
2. A filled-out and dated Acknowledgement of Card Billing Form signed by credit card holder.
3. A copy of guest's passport if credit card holder is NOT one of the guests who will join the tour

You should book your tour as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee a spot for you and your guests two weeks later.

We do try and update all our tours with the pictures submitted by the travelers as best we can. The tour bus can accomodate up to 50 travelers per group.

1, Actually, the tour price depends on the number of person living in one room and currently, it's $ 1 103 for one person living in one room for the tour departing on May 2011. For more details about price, please refer to the "Pricing"
2 & 3 & 4, During the trip, please self choose and self pay all the meals and of course, our tour guide will make the related recommendations to you. Should you have any special reques on meals, you are free to consult the tour guide.
5, This tour includes airport transfer on the first day and eleventh day, and the charge is already included in the tour price.

Generally, we are able to conduct the tour as long as there are about 25 persons in the group, and our buses hold 55 seats. In terms of the hotel room, we offer rooms with two beds for double room and two beds + a roll-away bed for triple rooms, which depends on the number of guests and rooms in your party.

Kindly note that we are only able to provide hotel details one or two days prior to the departure. However, we will include the most offen-used hotel list on your E-ticket.
Please just update your arrival train details on the first day of the tour with us in your account, then we will arrange the pick up for your party accordingly.
