Q: Further to my previous posting,(Q1) I am interested to book the tour on 11Nov2010 - Thursday. Do you operate on 11Nov2010? (Q2)If i make the booking today, i will receive the e-ticket few days later. You are saying the rest of the hotel won't be confirmed until 1 or 2 days departure EXCEPT hotel at Las Vegas? I need to know the exact day and hotel at Las Vegas as I want to book some show tickets and I have friends who want to meet us at Las Vegas. (Q3)I would like to book post tour extension with the package & stay at Anaheim. For this tour, i know that it will end at LA airport,but is there a transport to the Anaheim hotel from your side or hotel side? I have read some question and i understand that i can meet your tour guide who are greeting the tour members who just reach LA airport and can give us a lift?? Is there a airport transfer on the last day for us from Anaheim hotel to LA airport? (Q4) For the extension, I would like to book the same hotel that i am staying on the last day of the tour. I do not wish to check out the room that i am staying at the last night of the packaged tour. Is it possible? What is the rate? (Q5) Can we upgrade the hotel at Las Vegas? (Q6) For the tour at SFO, i read that we can join an optional tour to Alcatraz Island. how much does that cost for a person? (Q7) For the lunch stop at Barstow outlet, can we go Tanger outlet just across the street? (Q8) I would like to visit DisneyLand during a weekday. could you please advise whether the 2nd day of the tour starting on 11Nov2010 goes to Disney?

This tour is available on Novermber 11th. Please refer to departure date calendar where you can view all the available departure dates. We will include the tour schedule with day to day itinerary on your E-ticket. For this tour package, we can offer Holiday Inn Select (Address: 14299 Firestone Blvd., La Mirada, CA 90638) for post-tour hotel extension. If the hotel extension were booked from us, we can arrange drop off to this hotel when the tour ends. You can please make a request for two consecutive nights in Los Angeles for the last 2 nights on the tour when making the reservation online.
Unfortunately, there is no hotel upgrade option in Vegas and no optional tour to Alcatraz Island. We visit Lenwood outlet at Barstow. There is no guarantee on the tour schedule until the reservation is confirmed. Please include it in comment section when booking the tour, we will try to arrange Disneyland on weekday if possible.

There are many pick up times you can choose from. Please look at the easy book menu to choose the time most suitable for you. Only you and your guest will be in the helicopter with the pilot.

1) You will have to check with your country's travel department to find out more details. Everyone's situation is different, so; we are unable to answer this question for you.
2) Currently, we still have space for this tour. If we do not have space for you on the tour, we will give you a full refund. If you need to take the tour in the future, there may be an amendment fee. If you decide to change the departure date, please do so before you take the tour or a good time before the tour's set departure date.
3) You may call the (626) 389-8668 number. We are currently getting an overload of calls and sometimes the lines are filled. We are working on an upgrade to our phone system at this moment. Q: Thanks for your answers Dyna! I LOVE that you will have narratives to teach us what we see and that SO many reviewers LOVED their tour guide! It seems that the guides have had great English and been funny almost every time on this trip...that, plus that you spend most the day at Yosemite, makes me want to book the trip! Hope all the good reviews will be true! (Please tell me if you think they may not be & if I'm taking a big risk...) ((*QUESTION*)) #1: I noticed you give 2% discount if paid by cash deposit. What is cash deposit and how can I do it? I live in California and have Bank of America, so this should be easy! #2: So I was planning to calculate the new total (what the calculator above tells me MINUS 2%) and just transfer that amount. Should be no problems right? I'll only consider it if getting the discount is as easy as that :) PLEASE LET ME KNOW SOON so I can book... We asked that our customers book their tours as soon as they have their travel plans set. In regard to cash deposit, all you have to do is submit your reservation on and the account information we be provided to you. When you select cash deposit when completing your reservation, your total will automatically calculate.

Q: What percent of the bus is usually Asian? 99%? more than half? or is it a more even crowd that will have diversity? (Australians, Indians, Americans, Middle-Easterners...) I'm asking because I wonder if we'd be the only non-Asians on the bus and so feel strange and different by really standing out. What do you think? Generally speaking we do have a number of different international travelers that join our tour. The demographic of the bus is usually varied, so it really depend on the tour date that you have booked. We cannot quote a percentage for the amount of Asian or Non-Asian travelers that we have on the bus. But usually the you will not be the only non-Asian travelers on our bus tours.

Travelers may have two normal sized luggage and a few carry ons (as long as they are not too bulky). Your luggage is an acceptable size. There is not set max luggage capacity for the bus. We do our best to make sure all luggage is able to fit into the bus compartment.
The maximum capacity for people on the bus is around 45-50.
There is still space available for 4 people on August 16th.
