Q: Hello, I would like to ask you, if it is possible to join your 2-Days Niagara Falls @@plush; Outlet shopping tour with 1,5 old child (infant). Is it right this child is free of charge? (doesn´t need own seat in bus or own bed). Next question is, if we can join the tour, when we can´t visit Canadian side of Falls - only US side (no visa to Canada). And the last question is, if we can take a little bit bigger baggage - so if we can prefer bus from van. Thanks for help

Yes, the 1.5 year old infant is free of charge, it has no seat and no bed, you can hold him when in the tour bus.
Please make a note if you wish to only visit the US side of the falls, please leave a comment on the check-out page when you book the tour online.
And each one is allowed to take along one big luggage, our tour bus has space to hold it.

Q: hey, i got no idea why there is no one picking up my call at 10am. I thought the operation hours for weekdays is start at 9 morning? Btw, i do have some question to ask. 1. I would like to get the tour at 22nd of Feb. But which date of flight should I take ? 21st nite or 22nd morning? 2. I saw the Itinerary, at the special notes stated that there is free shuttle hotel to airport service right? So if i wanna leave to my country at 29th(28th is the last day of my trip) , is the shuttle service can be prepared for me in anytime? plz reply me asap, cause i have to book the flight ticket early ! thx View answers (1) A: |

We do apologize for missing your call however please note our operational hours are from 9am-5pm PST. We recommend that you book your flights in on the day of your tour start date (Feb. 22nd), free airport pick up is between 8:30am-10pm. For your departure flights on the 28th you would need to book your flights after 9:30pm (domestic) and 10:30pm (international). Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Normally, a carries on is allowed for this tour. Extra luggage can be stored at hotel's left-luggage office. We recommend that you can please directly contact with tour guide for better assistance if you are already on the tour.

Usually, each customer is allowed to take along one big luggage, if you have more, you may have to pay some extra charge to the tour guide then.
And during the tour, we may stay in the same hotel, you can just put your luggage at your hotel room.
