You can stay in LV for 2-3 more days. But you need to inform our guide  about this, and please kindly note that if you choose to stay in LV for more days, we will not offer you free shuttle bus service back to LA.

1) do you have similar tour in LA that do similar sightsseeing?
This tour package mainly includes east coast sightseeing so we can not offer similar tour in Los Angeles.

2) We plan to fly into New York around Sept 24 2011 and will be arriving JFK around 1730hour, can you book us a hotel where the pick up is closer as we have never been in USA ( I have no clue where to book a hotel when we arrive and it is already late afternoon) or can you book us on the hotel that is on the first day of the tour?

3) Do you do airport pick up?
If you change to the recommended 8 days tour pacakge, that one includes airport pick up on the first day of the tour with departure on September 24th.

4) I am reading the information about 7 day East Coast US and Canada : is this suitable for my itenary such as:
We plan to visit family in Virginia is the last tour in Washington D.C if not where
We recommend that guest please stay with tour group when touring because it is hard for reunion as the tour group keeps moving.

5) will you be able to write the itenerary for me for the 7 day tour thanks.
We are unable to provide a more detailed tour itinerary as tour arrangement is subject to change due to traffic condition and other factors.

6) How many luggage is allowed to be carried with us as we are coming in from Australia going around for 5 weeks in USA...( you can imagine our luggage)
Each guest is allowed to take 2 pieces of luggage. There is luggage area under the tour coach, so there should be no problem for your luggage.

7) When can we book the tour to make sure we have secured a place and take advantage of the buy 2 and get 2 free
Please book the tour online as soon as you decide your travel plan to lock the seat. We recommend that you please reserve the tour at least one month prior to the departure.

8) cancellation is how much as the travel date is not till September 2011 just in case for some unreasonable circumstances

At the moment you would need to book your tour and let us know during the booking process that you need an extention for hotel reservation. But to answer your question, it would roughly cost around $150.00 per night. Also note that it depends on how many people will be staying in the hotel with you.

To take a taxi from JFK to EWR it can cost anywhere around $80.00.
