Hi
I want my parents( who are very strict vegetarians) to enjoy this tour. They would not like to eat at the ranch( would love to stay there though) and would prefer to carry their own food for that part of the tour.
So I was wondering if there can be any cut in the cost of the mandatory $89 for admission, meals and wagon ride. We would be happy to pay for the admission, ride and not the meal.
I apologize for the inconvenience but they are not used to non-veg food and I want them to be comfortable to enjoy the tour.
Thanks
We apologize, but the mandatory fee is a set price and is non-negotiable for this tour. Each passenger will be required to pay the $89 in full to the tour guide on tour. Your parents are not required to eat the meals included in this mandatory fee and are welcome to bring their own food on tour.

How much would reservation cost for the 11-Day Italy, Switzerland, and France Tour Package (Paris Departure) for 2 adults? We plan to take the 08/03/11 tour. When are we supposed to pay the full amount?
Hi, we are interested in doing this tour but would like a little further information. For instance, how big ar the groups you take on this tour? Is there any further charge for picking up in San Diego? Is there a tour guide as such or is this tour basically a transport and accommodation type tour. We are thinking about taking this tour in September, possibly the 10th. There is four us. How early do you suggest we book this tour. Thanks Liz
Hi,
would like to book tour "2-130", but we do not if we see sometehing of Los Angeles. It is not clear if this tour includes also some short trips to famous sight in LA, but we think it doesn't. This would be our first question.
So what we are going to plan is: [for example 5/17/2011]
We flight on Monday 5/16/2011 to LAX and sleep in a Hotel in LAX Area (e.g. Best Western Airport Plaza). The next Morning (5/17) we start there the Grand Tour of Los Angeles (25-548). After the tour we take the complimentary Hotel Shuttle to Airport and there we wait for the Airport Pickup which is free on Domestic Flight between 8:30am and 10:30pm. By booking the 7-Days tour we arrange a pick up time lately for example at 10:00pm...
So is this scenario realistic and accomplishable? Is it possible to arrange a pick up at the airport, although we arrive one day before?
Tour 2-130 does NOT include a detailed sightseeing in Los Angeles. On 5/17/2011, we only pick up customers from the LAX airport and transfer them to the hotel.
If you arrive on 5/16, it's a good idea to join tour 25-548 on the next day so that you get a chance to see more in Los Angeles. We suggest that you book Comfort Inn Cockatoo LAX through us as the hotel provides free shuttle from/to the airport, and it's also one of the pick up locations for the Grand Tour of Los Angeles.

Please note that all seats are subject to first come, first serve. If you book the tour on the day prior to tour departure, the tour could be sold out. We recommend that if you are booking the tour the day prior to tour departure, to please call us to check for availability first.
It is not possible to book the tour on the same day of tour departure.

Hi, I'm looking at 18 Sep (Sun) tour for 2 persons. Does this tour need to meet the group size in order to depart?
We will extend a few nights after the trip ending in NY, does your company provide transfer to hotel and what is the cost?
Thanks, Chloe
This tour normally departs as scheduled, unless weather or road conditions do not permit it to do so. This tour can only provide drop off at the following airports: BUF/EWR/JFK/LGA or Chinatown, Manhattan. There are public transportation options in New York for you to consider: subway or taxi.
