Will we need a multi-entry US visa for the Niagara part of the itinerary? One of our group is a Taiwan passport holder with 3months SINGLE ENTRY US visa! Won't this be a problem?
I have 3 children. Age 8, 5 and 2. I can only book 1 room because the children are young. Do I have to pay for the 2 years old? How much? Are the hotel rooms with 2 queen size bed that can sleep 5?
You will need to pay for your children, as they are each 2 and older. Maximum room capacity is 4 people including adult and child/infant., therefore you will need to book this tour with 2 rooms. You can have one adult sleep in each room with 1 or 2 children in order to accommodate the sleeping arrangements.

Hello,
I would like to take this tour from Seattle in and out but 2 of my friends want to start and join me from Vancouver in and out. How can we book this ? and what will the cost be since we will be sharing 1 room.
Thanksfully,
Indy
We will quote you the price for 3 people with the free vancouver airport transfer for the tour we suggested tour (34-394). You will have to ask for a special seattle transfer for yourself and we will quote you the proper additional single transfer price. You must put this request in the comment's section when you are booking this tour.
Vancouver free airport transfer tour 34-394 for 3 people sharing 1 room: $1,458
hi, i wanted to book the 11 day tour package on 6th july. how much is the cost for 3 person in one room. how do i do the payment? in the exclusions i did not understand the entry fee to different countries. do we have to pay for it?
Hi, Please advise the following:
1. I'm very interested in booking this 3 Day tour [#5-2269]for myself and my son on June 19, 2011. I've read all the reviews and found one mentioned about the tour will make a stop at the Hoover Dam. Will it really? 'cuz my son really wanted to visit Hoover Dam, too. Just how long will we stay there?
2. If we book the optional helicopter & boat ride, will we be missing out on other things which other people who didn't choose to go be doing ?
3. I read from the review that the time we will arrive at the west rim is about 5-6 p.m on the first day. Does that give us enough time to do the helicopter & boat ride, which is about how long? Since we want to catch the sunset, too. Will we miss it if we do the H & B rides?
4. Please also advise about what time will we return to L.A. at the pick up location: Best Western Executive Inn: 18880 E.Gale Ave., Rowland Hts, CA 91748
5. We are also planning on joining another two tours: 6/22, #5-189 [3day tour SF & Yosemeti] and 6/25, #85-2936 [8 Day Tour to Yellowstone & Mt. Rushmore]. All three tours we plan to be picked up at the Best Western Executive Inn, 18880 E.Gale Ave., Rowland Hts. Can you please also advise the approx. return time to that hotel for tour #5-189 and tour #85-2936?
6. Can you please advise what's the temp. will be in the Grand Canyon, as well as the Yosemeti, Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore? What's the normal highest and lowest? ...Would a windbreaker be sufficent??
7. When I book those three tours can I state at the comment that my son and I need to be seated together?
8. I'm also interested in booking a One Day Grand Los Angeles Tour on 6/18. However, I might not be able to do so until 6/17. Is it ok for me to book it by phone then?
Please advise ASAP and tks much for your prompt assistance!
Best regards,
Ruth
1. The hoover dam stop is only for a brief photo stop. The stop is not guaranteed. There has been a hoover Dam bypass bridge created since Oct 2010. All normal vehicles must now use the bypass bridge and there are no more guaranteed stops at hoover dam. If there is enough time, the guide may stop at the hoover dam, however; this is dependent on the whether there is enough time for such a stop.
Generally, the hoover dam visit is now limited to a drive by on the bridge.
2. No, you will not be missing out on other things. People who do not take the optional tours simply tour the grounds and the visitor's center.
3. Generally if the Grand Canyon is the first stop, then the core Grand Canyon tour is conducted the next day. It will not be conducted on the first day.
4. You will reach back to LA at around 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Please ask your tour guide on the return date for a better estimated time.
5. The general return time is always 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. We cannot predict weather conditions or traffic for your dates, so; please ask your tour guide on the day for a better estimate.
6. Please go to weather.com for a better weather forecast on your departure dates. I suggest you check a week before your planned departure: www.weather.com
7. We always try to put people on the same booking together.
8. No, you cannot book a tour 1-day before the departure date. Please book and plan for the tours ahead of time.
