Q: Hello, I've booked the 6 day east coast tour starting on June 1. We are with three people. I'm the only one who is in New York city already. So my question was. Where and what time do you pick up the travelers who are not arriving at the airport between 9:00 and 10:00? Is there a meeting places in New York city to pick up those people? Thank you.

We only offer the airport(EWR,JFK,LGA) pick up between 9:00am to 10:00pm and also pick up guests at 5:00pm-Chinatown, 48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013. For the customers arriving beyond the time limits, we advise to self transfer to the first night hotel.

The Natural History museum is part of the Smithsonian Institution. Generally you will visit the Natural history museum or the Aerospace museum. You cannot attend both. You will visit the museum for about 1-2 hours.

Q: My mother and some of her church friends are planning to sign up for the 6/25/11 tour. Does she have to stay with the tour group at all times? I live in Reno, which is one of the stops. She does not need to stay with the group all the time, but when she self departs from the tour, she needs to inform the tour guide before she leaves and advise the tour guide when and where she will re-join the tour.
It is her responsibility to make sure she can re-join the tour the next day. The tour bus will not wait for her to depart, should she be late in re-joining the tour.

Q: Hello, we (2 persons) would like to join Nigara Falls 3 day tour starting on May 30th from Washington D.C. What time should we arrive in NY to catch the tour? Where does the bus stops? Can you recommend us a bus or a train to be able to cath a bus tour in NY coming from DC or can you recommend us a hotel near the bus stop if we need to arrive in NY a day before? On the way back we would definitely stop our tour in DC. Do we need to pay the same price for our tickets if we are not staying on the bus on our way back from DC to NY? Thank you! There is no discount if you opt out of the tour.
