For this South Rim tour, there is not additional charge to get into the Grand Canyon.
However, please review the complete list of what is included and excluded in the tour package price:Package Includes
- Complimentary airport pick-up (Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm; International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm) and drop-off
- 6-night hotel accommodations

If you would like to end the tour in New York, Please leave us a message in the comment section when booking. We will check with the tour guide for a convenient location to drop you off at in New York.However, if you choose to end the tour in New York, there will be no transfer back to Boston any more. Also, please double check with us for the order of the day-to-day itinerary, because it may change depending on the departure date.

Q: HI i have a few questions and concerns: 1. If i make the reservation for 4 people, there's not extra fee right?, 2. If one or two people (of the 4 of us), can not join the tour after the resevation and confirmation, would be an extra charge for that?, will i have to pay the tip for the guide , for each person i make the inicial reservation? 3. Can i pay just 6 dollars per person for the tip, is it really my choise or i would have to pay more than $6? 4. I'm really interested on visiting the univesities at boston(harvard, MIT) , i want to know how long this part of the tour take, because i'm guessing is really really short (book your flight 1pm), 5. can we apart of the tour group when we visit the universities? 6. How many bags/ suitcases per person? 7. I'm reading in some comments, that some groups didn't get to visit a lot of place,because a varity of problems merged, is that kind of mishaps, are assumed and compensated by travel agency? 1) The total cost for 2 customers sharing one double room and 4 customers sharing one room will be the same: $736.00, because of the promotion of buy 2 get 2 free.2) If you can notify us about the cancellation of the 3rd or 4th customer at least 10 days prior to the departure date, there will be only an amendment fee of $30.00 for cancelling out the 3rd or 4th customer. If the cancellation be made within 10 days prior to the departure date or no show on the departure date, there will be a penalty of $298.00 per person. That will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservations.3) If you mean the service fee to the tour guide, it will be $6.00 in total per person per day.4) The tour guide will handle with the time arrangement for each attraction, usually there will be around 20-30min to visit each location. The tour group will leave Boston at noon, because the group will go back to New York.5) If you would like to end the tour when visiting the universities, please leave us a message in comment section when booking and let us know you would like to end the tour earlier and arrange your own transportation to the airport.6) We recommend one check-in suitcase and one carry-on bag for each passenger.7) The tour guide and the driver will try their best to offer better service to the customers and make our customers feel happy on the tour. However, they could not control everything happened during the tour and it is really difficult to satisfy everybody. Tour generally start at 6:45-7:00pm (subject to availability).You can call the tour guide to book the night tour one day before the departure or you can book it directly with the tour guide at the airport.

Tour confirmation for Winter tours are not confirmed until enough passengers have joined the tour date.
The minimum amount of passengers for the tour to depart is 20 passengers.
Once this minimum number is reached, your tour will be confirmed for departure.
