Q: addtional inquiry: if we start the tour in Vegas on saturday nov 10 and end in LA. what would be the itinerary? Is there an itinerary leaving to Grand Canyon on Saturday, day 1 of the tour, then Sunday night in vegas then Monday going back to LA stopping at Chocolate factory?

The luggage will be stored in the luggage compartment of the bus.
Luggage cannot be stored or left behind in any hotel.
Yes, you would have to change your hotel in the evening to the Newark hotel in order to take part in the 6-day tour.
This tour will not pick-up from your Manhattan hotel on the second day as it will leave directly from the Newark hotel.

We cannot confirm hotels until a reservation has been made.
Typically the first night's hotel is located in Newark, NJ.
When you make a reservation online, there will be a comment box right before you submit your order where you can leave comments regarding a hotel extension.
We will go ahead and quote you accordingly after the first night's hotel is confirmed.

Extra luggage allowance will be based on availability on your tour departure.
There is a charge of $30.00 per extra luggage brought on tour, if there is room on tour for the extra luggage.

I'll be arriving in New York via JFK airport on the 23 Oct 2012 (8:00 am). Since my tour only starts on 24 Oct 2012. Do you provided free airport transfer to hotel near the Newark area or do I need to arrrange my own transfer to the hotel. Do you have any restriction on the number and the size of luggage per pax as there will be 5 of us all adult joining the tour package. This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
Yes, the 3rd person will be free for the hotel and the transportation costs of the tour, but will pay all optional admission fees and service fees, like all passengers on tour.

The total cost of this tour for 3 people in one room is $271.92.
The total service fees for 3 people for all 3 days will be (6x3x3) $54.00.
If you only choose the Maid of the Mist, the total amount for 3 people will be $46.50.
This will bring the total of your tour costs to $372.42.
Ending in DC will be dependent on the routing of the tour bus on the day of your tour.

2. The tour you have selected does visit both the Canadian and American sides of Niagara Falls in one day, if time permits.
Please note: There are 2 segments for this tour. The 1st segment goes on tours on the US side. The 2nd segment goes on tours on the Canadian side. Each Segment takes about 4-5 hours to run. You may take both segments in one day if there is enough time, however; if there is too much traffic on that day, you will have to take each segment on different days. (Especially Holidays).
3. The tour coach does not offer a restroom; however, the tour guide will make stops for the customers to go to the restroom.
4. If you are staying at a hotel local to the Niagara Falls, NY area, we can arrange pick-up directly from your hotel.
If you do not have a hotel reservation in the Niagara Falls region, you can meet the tour in Howard Johnson's 454 main street, niagara falls ny 14301.
