Hi yvonne:

The standard luggage for this tour is similar to airline standards, a maximum of two luggages per passenger.

Your luggage sizes are appropriate to the allowable luggage sizes on tour.

We currently do not have the updated list for this tour on your desired travel dates.

The tour coach bus used for this tour is capable of fitting 50-60 passengers.

Typically these tours sell-out or the buses are almost filled to capacity.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
How long is the afternoon freetime on the day 2? Is it gonna be long enough to go on the alcatraz tour by our own? I would appreciate if you could give me an estimated time frame for the freetime..( like what time to what time?)Thank you

Hi Yume:

The free time in the afternoon in San Francisco is approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the availability that the tour guide provides and the weather/traffic conditions on your date of travel.

You would not have enough time to take a tour of Alcatraz.

Alcatraz tours, in general, need bookings made in advance, and it approximately takes 5-6 hours from the time of check-in and boarding, plus the tour, for you to return to the San Francisco bay.

If you would like a tour that goes to Alcatraz specifically, we suggest the following tours:

Please note that you cannot take two tours at the same time.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi daniel:

After visiting all the major sights in the morning, the tour guide will arrange a few hours of free time for passengers to enjoy in the afternoon.

Passengers are welcome to take the optional In-depth San Francisco Sight Seeing Tour or enjoy other sights or activities during this free time in the afternoon.

Details will be provided to passengers on tour by the tour guide.

The San Fransisco Bay cruise will not go to Alcatraz or stop at any locations during the trip; it is strictly a sightseeing cruise around the bay.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Hi! We are planning to go to Grand Canyon on dec 7, what is the difference between the south rim and the one in the West Rim tours, except for the Skywalk that has additional entrance fee. Are the views of the Grand Canyon, the same? Why is the South rim cheaper? Do you pick up at Polo Towers?

Hi liezel:

The Grand Canyon South Rim is the National Park owned by the goverment.

The Grand Canyon West is privately owned and operated by the Hualapai Tribe. There is an entrance fee and also a fee to go to the skywalk.

Both sides have the amazing views.

Pick up at the Las Vegas all major hotels in the early morning by tour coach with guide service. Please include your hotel name and address in the comments section when you book the tour online.

6-Day US East Coast Tour Package (Super Value Tour) **T

Q:
Other than the difference in day of departure, are there any differences between this tour and 46-2966? Does this include airport transfers to the hotel? Is the 1st day only for airport transfers? Would we be able to go the Smithsonian Zoo when we are in Washington? Supposing we want to go the Times Square countdown on the day we are in New York, is it possible for you to arrange for transport to and from the hotel?

Hi Shin:

The difference between this tour and 46-2966 is that the tours operate on different schedules and days, they stay at different hotels, and the daily itinerary is different for each tour.

The hotels for both of these tours are 3-star hotels.

They mainly go to all of the same attractions.

Also, this tour offers a complimentary half-day city tour for passengers who arrive at LGA or JFK airports before 8:30AM on the first day of their tour, while tour code 46-2966 does not offer it.

Both tours offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off only on the first and last days of the tour.

The first day of the tour is mainly to pick-up passengers with incoming flights and to transfer all guests to the first night's hotel.

Unfortunately there is insufficient time on this tour to visit the Smithsonian Zoo in Washington D.C.

This tour will only visit the locations listed on the itinerary.

If you would like a tour that offers the New Year's Eve Times Square Countdown, please refer to the following link:

Q:
I am bringing 2 large luggages and one small one and am wondering how much the extra one will cost me? Thanks
QnA

A:
| 2012-11-01 19:00:36

Hi Zulfa:

This shuttle only permits one large luggage and one carry-on per person.

If you have two luggages, the additional fee would be $30 per extra luggage.

Please make a note when you make a reservation of how many luggages you will be brining with you.

On some departure dates, if the bus has filled capacity, you are unable to bring extra luggages because there is insufficient luggage space for all customers.

Thank you for your inquiry.
