Q: Hello, Can you please tell me if you expect to offer this tour in July of 2014? I have long wished to go to Alaska, but tours there seem very expensive, also I am coming from the East Coast, so additional flight costs. I like this tour because it offers camping. Also, can you guarantee that this tour would include the National Park Wildlife Cruise at Kenai Fjord? I see another tour in your offerings that offers a boat cruise to a glacier in the same area, but it is the Wildlife Cruise at Kenai that would be a prime reason for me to do this particular trip. Q: To whom it may concern, I am looking to book this tour in the near future and need to know what is the differences between "cosmos" tours versus the regular ones? The itinerary does not specified whether or not the tour guide is going to meet us at the airport. Does this mean I have to find my own transportation to the location? Dear Customer,Cosmos tours are more specialized.
It is a group tour and you have a tour director and local guide at each city you will be visiting.
You will not have the same tour guide throughout the entire tour.
This tour is only conducted in english.
For this tour, you will need to meet your tour group at the first night's hotel, typically the Sheraton New Orleans. You will need to find your own transportation to the first night's hotel.
This tour will offer daily transportation and tour guides at each different city, not during your transport to the different locations. The bus driver would be your service guide while you go from location to location.

Room 2: 4 guests (1 free guest)
Room 3: 3 guests (1 free guest)
Total amount: $899.00
You are receiving a 5% group discount for groups of 10 or more as well as every 2 tickets you purchase you will be receiving the 3rd one free (as long as all passangers stay in one room) which you will be receiving 3 guests for free and only purchasing 8 tickets.
Your total reservation cost includes the hotel accommodation for 2 nights.

Q: Hi, I will be travelling with my husband and 2 children (ages 12 and 17) and I was wondering if we could get a quad share hotel room or whether we have to get 2 hotel rooms. If we have to get 2 hotel rooms, will the rooms be next to each other and can one room have double accommodation and the other twin accommodation? Maximum occupancy for the rooms for the camping or lodging options offered for the tour is 2 travelers.
Maximum room capacity: 2 people including adult and child/infant.
Your group will have to place an order booking a minimum of 2 rooms.
Please leave a comment when placing your reservation online, that you wish to have adjoining rooms and we will try to accommodate this as best we can.
