To get the Schengen visa, we are required to submit an air ticket and hotel booking confirmation. Do you provide these before making any reservation? What are the documents you can provide to assist travellers to secure Schengen visa? How can we get these documents? Do we have to make a reservation first and pay the full amount? What if we get denied?
As we do not currently arrange airfare for non branded tours, we will not be able to provide you with air tickets, however we will be able to send out proof of your reservation for the tour package in the form of e-tickets.
Before making your reservation with us, please read through our terms and conditions and our cancellation policy by following the links below:

Hello,
Our family booked the 11 day France, Italy & Switzerland tour (56-2397) for July 03 2013. I've the following questions.
I am interested in the following. I understand that I have to pay for these tours myself. But does the tour organizer provide tickets or we have to stand in long lines to buy tickets every place? If so, is there sufficient time for the lines and sight seeing?
Can you provide us where to buy online tickets if the tour guide does not provide us the tickets.
1. Le Louver Museum
2. Colosseum
3. Gondola in Venice
4. All City Entrances

Hi
I am interested to place a booking for this trip. I too realize there is a 1.5% discount if I were to pay via cash deposit.
Can I check what is the process like to do so?
D I simply deposit the cash into the Chase Account given in the website? If so do I deposit the full amount or the amount after the discount?
What other paperwork is needed?
Thanks
Lionel
hi,
am planning to take the South Rim tour; and have not booked my hotel yet...do you have pick ups at the California hotel in downtown? also, any discounts for senior citizens 65@@plush;?
thank you
This tour will not pick-up at the California Hotel in Downtown Fremont, but it does pick-up at the Golden Nugget Hotel right across the street at 6:30am.
The tour is already being offered at a discounted price. Unfortunately we do not offer further discounts for senior citizens.

I would like to take this trip on mid-September with my wife. Is it OK if we also take our 3 year old daughter with us? Is the trip not too tiring for children at these age? This trip also requires stay in different hotels. My concern is our baggage as we would probably have 2 or 3 big bags. Do we keep the baggage in the bus while on a day tour? And lastly, do we need to bring layered clothings in this time of year or lightweight clothes will do?
Our travelers range from youngsters to senior citizens. Travelers include singles, couples, and groups. Many are groups of families and/or friends.
We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches.
You would remove your baggage from the bus each day. In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus.
Spring/Summer, we recommend you to wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.
