Just a thought...How soon before the tour is due to take place will our reservation be confirmed? Is there any chance it WON'T take place? If not we would have to book alternative accommodation etc. We are leaving New Zealand for the States on the 6th September. Cheers
Dear Ava,
You will need to book your reservation at least 2 weeks before your departure date or as soon as you have confirmed your travel dates so we can secure your seats.
Once reservation has been made and full payment is received, it will take about 24-48 hours to process your reservation and send confirmation.
If you reservation is not available we will also notify you within 24-48 hours after receiving your booking and offer you an alternative tour.
Best Regards,
Jane

Hello tours4fun!
I am interested in tour 2-349, grand canyon west bus tour from las vegas in chinese and english language. There are 3 adults in our party and two speak chinese. We want to book thursday 4-24-14. We have a few questions.
Does your tour bus have a restroom?
Is the drive 4 hours?
Are there rest stops along the way?
(We do not need special accommodations, we will drink less coffee, lol).
what time do we head back to las vegas?
Does the guide stay with us the entire time?
Is your buy two get one free promotion still available for this tour?
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you,
Zhuyu
Dear Zhuyu,
Currently, this tour is available for booking on April 24th, you are welcomed to place your order online when you are decided.
The motor coach will have a restroom on board for emergency purposes as the tour guide will make restroom and stretch breaks.
Your return time will be approximately 6:00pm as long as there are no delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic conditions.
The tour guide will be with you as you are on the tour (on your own while attending any optional tours) however please consult directly with the guide regarding any free time on your own as it depends on the tour guide arrangement.
Currently this tour does not offer Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion as you would pay the regular price per person of $95.00.
Best Regards,
Tia

Dear Z,
According to Maid of the Mist official website, the boat ride will re-open on 05/01/2014. However, the site also states "Opening date depends on ice conditions in the Niagara River.". Therefore, we are unable to guarantee a Maid of the Mist optional tour will be available in early May, 2014 at this moment.
For any update, you can go to the following link:

Thank you very much for your question.

Hi,
I am interested in the tour above. I have 2 questions:
1) I saw that the admission fees for Skylon Tower is included but it was not mentioned in the itinerary. I wonder if we get to enter the Tower during the tour as I heard the view of Niagara Falls from the Tower is amazing.
2) I am intending to fly off from Boston and I wonder if booking a flight with departure times at either 12.35pm or 12.50pm is okay. Noted recommended to book flights leaving after 1pm.
Dear Jie Lin,
The admission fees for the Skylon Tower is not included in the tour price as it is listed under the "Package Excludes" information in the pricing tab of the tour page, please click the link to view the admission fees:https://www.tours4fun.com/8-day-east-canada-deluxe-tour-package.html#pricing
You will have an opportunity to take this attraction while on the tour, simply pay your tour guide directly for your ticket and it will be arranged.
We do recommend you book your flight after 1:00pm if departing from Boston Logan International airport. The tour guide will arrange drop off approximately 2 hours before that time, and in our experience flights after 1:00pm are recommended.
If you choose to a departure time before the recommended time, this would be at your discretion.
Best Regards,
Teara

Dear Claudia Gomez,
We recommend placing your reservation as soon as your travel dates are finalized as booking closer to the tour's departure date increases the risk of non-availibility for the seats for your desired tour's travel date. We also need time to process your reservation request.
The earlier you submit your booking, the more time we have to fulfill your request.
All reservations are subject to final confirmation usually within 24-48 hours.
Best Regards,
Justin

Hi.. Does this tour include Bear Country or Devil's tower? Devil's tower is not mentioned above in the itenary, but is mentioned in the optional tours.
Also, usually Crazy Horse and Bear country tickets are combined by some tours.. Is it like that here too?
Dear Priya,
Bear Country and Devil's tower will usually be covered unless otherwise notified by your tour guide.
-Crazy Horse, Devil’s Tower, Salt Lake, National Park Admission & Fuel Surcharge: $45.00/person (This fee must be paid on tour)
