Q: Hi! I just booked a tour for two this Sept 7 to 9. I'm just wondering if you guys can give me a detailed itinerary for the entire tour like at what time are we going to be in the hotel on day 1, what time we're meeting up to start days 2 and 3, etc. And if we take all the optional tours on day 2, is there still time left to go to Alcatraz or to meet up with relatives in the Bay area? Please ask the tour guide when you join the tour for this. If you choose to take all the optional tours on day 2, there will be no free time during the day for yourself to arrange. Q: hi, I am interested in your 11 day tour of Italy, Switzerland and France but I have yet to get my Schengen visa. Do you offer assistance in the Schengen visa requirement of hotel accomodation - confirmed and personal reservation by fax from the hotel(s) or personal hotel vouchers confirming your booking for a tour with names and addresses of all hotels with the number of nights stay in each?
