I notice that this tour does not include meals. What is the standard cost of Breakfast and Dinner in the Hotels you use on this tour? Also what is the process for tipping when buying meals at a hotel?

The standard rate for meals at each hotel, if offered, will vary.
The tour guide will arrange meal stops for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each guest is then responsible for purchasing their own meals.
Generally we suggest guest bring an average of $10-$15 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders.

It's noted that the tour package excludes meals and that an option for traveler to pay for meals the tour guide arranges. Are the travelers additionally charged for this arrangement by the tour guide? It is understood there will be Service fee of min US$ 7 to be paid for tour guide.
Also, as we come from Vietnam and will bring all our baggage throughout the tour. Is there any limitation of weight and size applicable to our bagage during transportation by your bus/coach?

For traveler's own convenience and bus capacity, we recommend one check-in and one carry-on per person. A US$5 fee will be charged for each extra piece of luggage transferred between the airport and hotel.
Tour guide will arrange meal stops at food court or fast food restaurant, you will have the option to choose and buy the food by your own then.

You can choose to end the tour anytime during the 7 travel days, however you will have to arrange any additional travel yourself as soon as you decide to leave the tour group.
Please include your request to end the tour early in the comments section when placing your order online, and note that we will not be able to revise the price for the tour package if you choose to end the tour early.
