Q: Tour 2-604, I notice that this tour does not include meals. What is the standard cost of Breakfast and Dinner in the Hotels you use on this tour? Also what is the process for tipping when buying meals at a hotel?

2014-09-16 00:24:56 Dear JB, The standard rate for meals at each hotel, if offered, will vary. The tour guide will arrange meal stops for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each guest is then responsible for purchasing their own meals. Generally we suggest guest bring an average of $10-$15 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders. Q: It's noted that the tour package excludes meals and that an option for traveler to pay for meals the tour guide arranges. Are the travelers additionally charged for this arrangement by the tour guide? It is understood there will be Service fee of min US$ 7 to be paid for tour guide. Also, as we come from Vietnam and will bring all our baggage throughout the tour. Is there any limitation of weight and size applicable to our bagage during transportation by your bus/coach? A US$5 fee will be charged for each extra piece of luggage transferred between the airport and hotel. Tour guide will arrange meal stops at food court or fast food restaurant, you will have the option to choose and buy the food by your own then.
