visting son in Portland OR. Any starting points near there?
Visted Mount Rushmore and Crazy Hourse last year.
We are primarily interested in 4 to 7 days primarily in Yellowstone in September 2016. Willing to fly to Salt Lake if necessary.
Dear John,
Regrettably, we don't have Yellowstone tours departing from Portland.
Please consider the packages offered to Yellowstone from Salt Lake City.

Dear Sandy,
Thank you for your inquiry!
The morning meeting times can vary anywhere between 6:00am-9:00am (subject to tour guide final arrangement) and are targeted times so that you have as much time as possible at the different attractions, with enough commute time as well.
The target time back to the hotel can range between 6:00pm-7:00pm each evening.
Please Note:
The above time estimates are approximate and are subject to adjustments as the daily schedule of the tour will be arranged by the tour guide.

Hello,
How is the weather in the month of July? Is it really hot for long stretches of walking?
Also, is the bus equipped with good air conditioning? My son has asthma and he doesn't do well in it's too stuffy on the bus.
Lastly, what time we normally depart from hotels in the morning?
Thanks in advance!
Dear Bob,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Usually it is our peak season in summer and average temperatures in Yellowstone for July will reach highs of about 80° with lows going down to about 45° Fahrenheit.
The tour coaches used for the tour will be air conditioned to keep the interior of the bus cool and comfortable.
Moderate walking will be involved when sightseeing in Yellowstone.
The group will depart around 6:00 am -6:30 am every morning with the tour guide re-confirming the exact schedule to the group on the first day of travel.
Best Regards,
Carrie

Dear Fei Lim,
For customers' convenience, we are now pre-selling 2016 Yellowstone tours. However, the 2016 tour plan has not been finalized yet. The itinerary and hotels might be adjusted later.
Current price does not include Yellowstone Cabins. If your selected dates will stay in Yellowstone Cabin, you may need to pay price difference later. We suggest you to come back and check with us later in February or March and see if the dates with Yellowstone Cabins are available or not.
Thanks for your inquiry and we apologize for the inconvenience at this moment.

If I join the 6 days Yellow Stone tour departing from Denver, what time will I arrive Denver on the last day of the tour ?
What happen if the tour is arrived later than 5.30pm, later than the flight's departure ?
Kind regards
Kim
Dear Kim,
Normally, the tour group will arrive at Denver Aiport at around 3pm. So we suggest you book a flight after 5:30pm. As long as your flight is after 5:30pm, there will be enough time for you to catch your flight. The tour guide will adjust the daily itinerary according to the weather and traffic conditions.
Thanks for your inquiry.
Best Regards,
Claire

how much time on average would my wife and i be traveling on the bus on any given day? Looks like a lot of ground to cover . What is the average time spent out of the bus at each attraction?
Dear Stephen,
We appreciate your interest in our tours. Please note that the time on the road and at each attraction varies. It will vary on the site and also if or not they offer optional attractions at each site.
We will provide a rest stop for customers every 2 hours to purchase meals, snacks, stretch and use the facilities. We will also allow you to spend plenty of time at each site enough to be a part of each and every attraction.
Once you start the tour and you check in with the tour guide, he will be able to reconfirm the details on the time, attractions and rest stop arrangements.
Thank you for your inquiry.
Best Regards,
Andrea

Dear Lee,
There will be quite a lot of walking involved especially when visiting the National Parks.
You are more than welcome to bring a foldable wheelchair, however, the tour bus is not equipped with wheelchair access.
Tour participants requiring wheelchairs have to book with a co-traveler who will be able to help with getting on and off the tour bus as the tour guide and driver will be unable to assist.
Thank you for your inquiry.
Best Regards,

Hi ,
My brother and I would like to go on tour no: [USLALV2-121] we would like to depart the tour in Las Vegas on the 11th July 2016 . Can you please advise the earliest flight we can take when departing Las Vegas for our next destination New York .
We await your advice .
Thanks,
Nadia Migliardi
Dear Nadia,
Thanks for your inquiry.
On the last day of the tour, the group will visit Ethel M. Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens in the morning and then go to the optional buffet lunch in Las Vegas. Travelers who choose to end in Las Vegas will be dropped off at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino which is about 10 minutes away from McCarran airport (LAS). We advise booking a flight departing LAS no earlier than 3:00 pm on the last day if you wish to visit the Chocolate Factory/ Botanical Gardens. If you opt out of the sightseeing that day, you can check out of your hotel at anytime on the last day and book the earliest flight available out of LAS on July 11, 2016.
To place your order for a reservation online, simply select your desired tour start date and the number of rooms you need/ travelers you are booking for on the upper right portion of the tour information page, then click on "BOOK NOW".
