Q: If I self transport to the group hotel, is there any opportunity to join the group for the activities for the first day? For people picked up at DEN airport, are they taken to the tourist attractions by bus first (pay for a meal by themselves at one of those places) and then taken to the hotel by bus in the afternoon? If you choose to arrange your own transportation to the hotel arranged as part of the package, you will not be able to participate in the sightseeing as travelers who wish to do so will be required to meet at DEN airport. The first day's activities usually end by 3:00 to 4:00 pm. The first day is mainly free arrangement of guests. For guests who get pick up at DEN, we'll take them to some of Denver's most impressive attractions including Red Rocks Park, Colorado State Capitol and 16th Street Mall. To get to Los Angeles coming off from the 2-121 tour by the evening of May 7, you will have to fly from Salt Lake City early morning of May 7 to allow you to arrive in Los Angeles by the evening of the same day. If you remain with the group, you will not arrive into Las Vegas until late afternoon/ early evening of May 7 following the tour's itinerary.
