Q: ( Tour Code 322395 ) Good morning I'm Italian, I wanted to know if the pick up to meet the group is at the hotel or at the airport, because I read that the pick up is at 1:30 pm at the east terminal at baggage claim 6# but if I arrive from Italy definitely in the afternoon or evening if the flight is the same day maybe I have to leave the day before for Denver ? If I arrive the day before then I go to the hotel for 1 night and the next day I'll return to the airport to meet the group ? but how will I go to baggage claim 6# if I have already entered the United States? Then another thing I wanted to know everything I wrote above also applies to the return, that is, the guide leaves me at the airport even if I don't have a flight, maybe the next day I will have to leave.... The departure is from Denver and the return from Denver? What if I wanted to stay 1 more day in Denver?

We offer complimentary airport pickup at Denver International Airport (DEN) at 13:30 on the first day of your tour. We only have complimentary airport pick up on the day of the tour. If you you will not be able to arrive on that the you self check in directly to the first night hotel. For the return, complimentary drop-off is available at DEN on the last day. The web form has 2 sections: 1) Departure Information - asking for departure time 2) Landing Information - asking for landing time Pls. be advised that each flight (inbound and outbound) would have a departure time and landing time. As an example, an inbound flight to New York would have its own departure and landing times. Similarly, an outbound flight from New York would also have its own departure and landing times. Can you pls. clarify the following: 1. Is the Departure Flight Information section (screenshot provided) asking for the departure information of the Outbound flight (from New York to Origin Location)? 2.
