We would like to take the 2-118 tour..In june but we would like to drive to Salt Lake City, UT..Will there be a place for us to leave our car when we are on the trip...A safe place...Thanks Linda P.S. Will it cost to leave our car and how much if we leave it..

At this time, we do not currently arrange parking for our customers in Salt Lake City for the tours.

However, we recommend contacting the Salt Lake City airport in regards to their long-term parking arrangements.

Yes, this tour is only available for departure on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but is available every week beginning April 27th, 2013.

Hi Emily Pham:

The hotels used for this tour are 3 star accommodation, similar to a Holiday Inn.

Currently, upgrades are only available in the LA area hotels for this tour.

We do not currenlty offer upgrades in Yellowstone for this tour.

If we drive in to SLC,is there parking available for our car? If so at what price. We will be attending a convention starting 6/27/13

Hi Steve Nelson:

Unfortunately, we do not have parking information for any of our pick-up locations.

We suggest checking directly with the airport to see if they offer week-long parking and their rates, as well as checking the local hotels to see if they offer long-term parking.

Ninety-percent of the time this tour stays at the Comfort Inn Airport SLC.

We suggest checking with that hotel directly also to see if they offer overnight or week-long parking for non-hotel guests.

We are still currently updating the tour dates for Yellowstone departures for this year.

Yellowstone tours are only operational from April - October of any year.

How many luggages are allowed during the trip?

There is a maximum of one luggage that can be stored under the bus and one carry-on bag per person.

The luggage requirements are similar to those of airline standards.

Unfortunately, this tour is not yet updated with pricing or availability for 2013.

However, this tour usually starts in early May each year.

The start date of the tour is based on weather forecasts of when spring will begin and large motor coaches will be able to pass through the areas on this tour.

If it warms enough by April, this tour may be offered.

This tour should be updated by January with availability.

Hi, I think about joining this tour beginning of May 2013. What would you say are you usually busy in May so you don´t have to cancel the tour? I´d love to start the tour around May 4th. Can you tell me on which days the tour normally starts? My last question the tour starts and ends in Las Vegas,right!? Stefanie

Yes, this tour is a very popular tour that tends to sell out.

This last Yellowstone season, we did not cancel any Yellowstone date due to low enrollment. All departures were sold out.

We recommend making your reservation for Yellowstone as far in advance as possible.

This tour does have an option of ending in Las Vegas; however, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation, as that will need to be reconfirmed while processing your order.

However, this tour normally ends in Los Angeles, with drop off service at LAX airport.
