Due to the seasonality and popularity of our Yellowstone tours, their offered departures will likely all sell out usually weeks before their departure dates.If the tour is not able to operate you will get your refund and/or we can offer another tour for you to take.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
Day 2 is Grand Canyon and there are no Airplane sightseeing tours offered as an Optional tour in the 5 day package.
As the tour schedule can be variable, we do not advise you to make any tour / excursions arrangements or reservations that fall within the travel dates of a package tour that you will be taking.

All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals are not included however, you have the option to pay for meals at restaurants that the tour guide will arrange the meals stops at.

If not yet, when will we know so that I can book the cheap flight asap. And for Yellow Stone National Park, which points of interest will we visit because it isn't mentionned in the itinerary. Yes, the dates are set if you wish to book your tour for the 15th of May. We recommend to book your reservation first and then book your flights after your tour confirmation. Reservation processing times range from 24-48 hours to confirm reservations.
For Yellow Stone National Park you will be seeing the upper and lower falls, as well as Yellow Stone Lake, Fishing Bridge, Mammoth Hot Springs, Old Faithful and other parts of Yellow Stone with plenty of time to sightsee at your leisure.

The total for 4 passengers in one room is $1,224.If you split the total by 4 so all passengers pay equally, each passenger pays $306.
Please note that the third passenger is "free" for the transportation and hotel accommodations only.
All passengers are still subject to the service fees and the optional admissions they wish to take.

If your flight arrives after 11:30am, you would be unable to use the complimentary transfer to the hotel on the first day.
The tour bus leaves promptly at 12:00pm from the airport, no exceptions since the customers who arrive before 11:30am will be given a tour, not going directly to the hotel first.
You would need to find your own transportation to the Hotel VQ if your flight arrives after 11:30am.

When booking your reservation, please make sure to include the third guests in the same room as the first two guest in order to take advantage of the offer.
The pricing is as follows:
Double Occupancy the price is $468.00/person x 2= $936.00
Triple Occupancy the price is $312.00/person x 3 = $936.00
The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis.
