Q: My name is Mike and i am travelling to the West coast USA next year in August with my partner. I found your website and have found the Yellowstone and mt. Rushmore tour i would like to do, i am just wondering if you could answer some questions for me ? the tour code is 2-121 1.When will you know the tour departure dates for August 2014? 2.When i make a booking does payment need to be paid in full? 3.What restaurants are available for us to have lunch/dinner?

1. You may check for next years availability around October.
At the moment this tour is only conducted until October 2013.
2. Once you book your reservation you will need to pay it in full so we may book your reservation, we will not book your reservation until the reservation has been paid.
3. You may leave a note in the comment section when booking and we may advise but the tour guide will stop at places like food courts, restaurants places where there is variety.

Q: I noticed that we are still able to book 10/3/13 but the operating dates are listed as Apr 25 - Oct 3. Does that mean if we arrive on Oct 3, we will only have that one day to tour? Or will Oct 3 be our first day of the four-day tour and last until Sunday? View answers (1) A: |

This means that October 3rd is the last date of departure, for guest who travel on 10/3 they will return on 10/6

Q: To whom it may concern, Under to "pricing" link of this itinerary it mentions that if we are interested in the Las Vegas Night tour/Las Vegas show to consult the tour guide. However, when mentioning the show, the itinerary does not specify which particular show we will be attending. If possible, will the company specify which show we are schedule to see? We cannot guarantee the availability of the shows available on any particular tour date because the shows are run by a third party company in Las Vegas.
Typically the shows that are available are as follows:
- Las Vegas Jubilee Show ($83.00/person)(not allowed for children)
- Las Vegas Believe Show(Featuring Criss Angel) ($98.00/person)
- Las Vegas V Show : $73/personThe pricing and the shows are only examples. They may vary for your particular tour and tour dates.
For more information about seeing a show, we suggest speaking with your tour guide directly on the day of the tour to review your options.

For customers departing from LAX airport, please schedule your departure flights after 9:30p.m for U.S domestic flights or 10:30p.m for international flights.
This tour offers complimentary airport drop off, for guest who will be traveling back home on the last day of the tour we will take guest directly to LAX.
After a reservation has been confirmed we will ask guest how they wish to end the tour. At that time please provide your departure flight information and we will arrange the drop off accordingly.

The tour packages are designed to be inclusive of all transportation and hotel accommodations.
We cannot exclude the hotel and transportation for the nights you do not wish to use the services if you choose to self-dismiss from the tour.
The reservations are done as a group, not individually per reservation or per person.

Guest must self transfer to one of the pick up times and locations stated on the website underneath the "Easy Book" section.

Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (per change).
