When you arrive at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), you will be greeted by your friendly tour guide. He or she will guide you to your hotel and assist you with the check-in if needed. The hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30 a.m. -10:00 p.m.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Bus schedule: We have the transfer bus pick passengers up at airport every hour. (8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m). If you arrive early, please meet your guides and wait at the meeting point for the next bus. The guide will be wearing a yellow uniform and holding a small yellow flag or an iPad with the local provider's icon.

**If your flight should become delayed or change for any reason, we will not be held responsible for your airport transfers. If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you may also be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self-transfer to the hotel. The complimentary buffet lunch is only for Las Vegas; the restaurant address is 4300 E. Sunset Rd., C-1, Henderson, NV 89014. Guests will need to pay a $1.00 service fee to their servers during lunch.
Passengers who choose to join the tour at the Circus Circus Hotel will only receive one free buffet lunch.
The free buffet lunches are not applicable for passengers who give up the tour to Grand Canyon and stay in Las Vegas instead. Meanwhile, additional fees will be incurred for passengers who change the Grand Canyon tour to the Las Vegas free day.

To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).

Due to the popularity of these tours during the busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels that offer similar standards of service as an alternative.

Las Vegas Tours not do not permit travelers under 21 years of age, unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 years or older, to join.

Due to winter weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary for this tour may be affected in October, April and May. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the professional tour guide for the safety of all passengers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.

CHANGE POLICY:
If any amendments including date changes or reducing the number of guests are made at least 17 days before departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee, otherwise we'll charge the penalty fee according to the below policy plus the $30 Amendment Fee:
- If amendment is made within 5 days(work days) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
- If amendment is made 6-9 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
- If amendment is made 10-16 days before departure date, 30% of Reservation Cost will be charged.

Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise.
