Yaletown

Located downtown in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Yaletown is one of the city’s hippest neighborhoods. Formerly an industrial area, it was revitalized after Vancouver hosted the World Exposition in 1986. A model of urban regeneration, Yaletown is home to marinas, parks, high rise apartment blocks, and converted heritage buildings which replaced rail yards and warehouses. Now one of downtown Vancouver’s most densely populated neighborhoods, Yaletown features many interesting shops, cafes, and restaurants.
