The extravagant 23-square-foot South Beach mansion also known as Casa Casuarino has 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a 54-foot pool lined with 24-karat gold and 16th Century French Chateau pool statues. The late fashion designer Gianni Versace purchased the 1930 three-story villa inspired by Alcazar de Cologne in Dominican Republic city of Santo Domingo in 1992 and hosted famous friends like Princess Diana and Madonna. The Ocean Drive property was auctioned off in 2013 for $41.5 million.
