USC Pacific Asia Museum

The USC Pacific Asia Museum, located in Pasadena, California, is a Asian art museum that displays more than 15,000 pieces of art from throughout Asia and the Pacific Islands. The museum was founded in 1971 by the Pacificulture Foundation and is located in a building built in the 1920s. The museum consists of seven galleries, including the Japanese and the Art of Pacific Asia galleries, to name a few. The museum also consists of one of the largest research libraries dedicated to Asian and Pacific Island art and history.
