Miracle Mile
This historic 1.5-mile span of Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles' Mid-Wilshire District was successfully developed in the 1920s as a commercial area by A.W. Ross. Miracle Mile contains "Museum Row" with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, La Brea Tar Pits museum, A+D Museum, Craft and Folk Art Museum and Petersen Automotive Museum. The area has many stores, restaurants and services including its famous Farmers Market.
