Rewards4fun Program Agreement
This Rewards4fun Program Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of the Incentive Program ("Program") offered by Tours4fun. By enrolling in the Program, Members agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement as amended by Tours4fun from time to time.
Program Overview
The Program is offered to Tours4fun.com customers at the sole discretion of Tours4fun, and is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, have a valid email address, and have enrolled in the Program ("Member(s)"). By participating in the Program, Members can earn Rewards Points ("Rewards Points" or "Points") when they complete various participatory Actions ("Actions") through Tours4fun and redeem available Points for certain Tours4fun travel, subject to the Terms and Conditions and the availability of eligible travel and reward items. In order to earn Tours4fun Rewards Points, eligible travel must be completed. This means that you, or other travelers booked on an itinerary using your Tours4fun account ("Account"), must stay in the hotel you booked, or use the tickets for the tour/activity/package for which you booked and paid. The terms "you" and "your" throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to any Member and any customer eligible to participate in the Program.
Membership Qualifications
All individuals, domestic and international, are eligible to participate in the Program. However, Tours4fun reserves the right to determine who may or may not participate in the Program at any given time.
Enrollment
You must have an account on Tours4fun.com in order to enroll in the Program. Individuals who wish to participate in the Program can do so by signing up for a Tours4fun account for free and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Once the sign-up process is complete, the Member will automatically be enrolled in the Rewards4fun Program. To earn Points, you must be an enrolled Member of Rewards4fun Program prior to making a booking Account and be signed in to your Account prior to booking. No Points will be earned for bookings made on Tours4fun.com when you are not signed in to your Account. If you enroll in Rewards4fun after booking but before travel is completed, Points will not accrue on that booking. As an enrolled Member of the Program, you will receive monthly membership update by email. Earning Points
Members earn Points by completing the Actions on and off the Tours4fun website including the following:
  • - Create a Tours4fun Account
    • Earn 25 Points automatically when you create a Tours4fun account. It's free!
  • - Book on Tours4fun
    • Earn 2 Points per dollar spent on tours, activities, hotels and packages. Book a $500 tour? That's 1000 points.
  • - Upload Photos*
    • Earn 25 Points per approved traveler photo submitted on Tours4fun.com.
    • You can earn up to 250 Points for each confirmed reservation.

  • - Leave Reviews*
    • Earn 200 Points per review submitted on Tours4fun.com.
    • Only original, objective reviews from confirmed Tours4fun travelers will be accepted. This helps us to prevent fraud, spam and other abuses.

  • - Refer Friends
    • Earn 1000 Points (1000 Points = $10) per referral who joins the Program, books and completes qualifying travel on Tours4fun.com.
    • Members can earn up to 15000 Points by inviting friends to Tours4fun.
  • - Get Social*
    • Share travel experience or content about Tours4fun on social media or other websites and earn 100 points.

  • - Take surveys
    • As a Rewards4fun member, you may receive an invitation to participate in market research surveys administered by Tours4fun. You'll earn 200 Points after completing a survey.
*Actions require authorization/approval from Tours4fun staff before any Points will be awarded to the Member.
Points Redemption
  • - You can redeem available Points for a discount on your next booking, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
  • - Points can be redeemed for tours, activities, hotels and packages during checkout on Tours4fun.com at a value of $1.00 for every 100 Points accumulated.
  • - The maximum number of Points which can be redeemed will be specified in Step 2 (Traveler Info) of the booking process under the "Apply Discount Code" section; the maximum point value varies for each travel item.
  • - No blackout dates when you redeem for Tours4fun travel.
  • - Your Rewards4fun Points will not expire as long as you book and complete qualifying travel on Tours4fun.com or redeem points for a travel reward at least once every 18 months.
  • - Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
Points Balance
You can always check your Rewards4fun Point balance in your Account page.
Exclusions and Restrictions
  • - Points cannot be used towards the Member’s first purchase.
  • - Points cannot be earned or redeemed for the following items:
  • - Points cannot be combined with any other offers or coupon codes.
  • - Points cannot be transferred to another member for any reason, at any time.
Content Submission Terms & Guidelines
By submitting content to Tours4fun, the Member agrees and grants specific permission and consent for Tours4fun to use the submitted photo(s) and/or review(s) for numerous purposes including, but not limited to, social media, website publication and advertisement. The Member also agrees to text editing and reformatting for spelling, grammar and length, if needed. In addition, the Member agrees that they will not post or otherwise upload any content including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data or other information that:
a)  Contains excessive profanity or vulgar language;
b)  Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortuous, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), uses vulgar language in the creation of a username or otherwise violates Tours4fun's General Agreement;
c)  Victimizes, harasses, degrades, disrespects, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
d)  May infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, moral right, proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
e)  Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "Spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling; this includes, but is not limited to, posting your phone or fax number(s) and posting any URLs or hyperlinks to your commercial website(s) or email account(s). You also agree that you will not collect and store information about the members of this forum or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications. You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a minor (anyone under 18 years old). Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, telephone number or name of their school.
f)  Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party.
Member Termination
Tours4fun may terminate or suspend any Member's participation in the Program without cause by giving the Member at least 30-day prior notice or without notice at any time for cause. "Cause" shall be deemed to exist if: the Member fails to comply with the Terms of this Agreement; or Member acts in a manner that is inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program; or Member acts in a manner that Tours4fun reasonably believes may have an adverse effect on its reputation in the community. Accrued but unused Points will be forfeited upon termination.
Program Termination
Tours4fun may terminate the Program at any time by providing notice to Members at least 45 days in advance of the termination date. Such notice may include posting the notice of Program termination on Tours4fun's website. Members will have until the termination date to use all accrued but unused Points.
Amendments
Tours4fun may amend (add to, delete or change) the terms of the Program and/or this Agreement at any time without notice. This means, for example, that we may change the number of Points earned for Actions, the number of cash credits redeemed per Points earned or the rewards available. The current form of the Agreement will be posted on Tours4fun's website. Unless otherwise indicated, amendments will apply to any Points accrued and/or awarded in the future under the Program.
Assignment
Members may not assign, delegate or otherwise transfer (by operation of law, merger or otherwise) any right or obligation under this Agreement to others without Tours4fun's prior written consent, which it may withhold without cause.
Consent to Contact Member
It is understood that enrollment in this Program creates an "Existing Business Relationship" as that term is used in Federal and State legislation related to unsolicited telephone and other communications. Further, by executing and submitting the Enrollment Form, the Member agrees and grants specific permission and consent to be contacted by Tours4fun (for communications including approvals, consents, and other Program related messages) by means of telephone, fax or email at the telephone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses which were provided in the Enrollment Form. This consent shall be deemed to apply to and be given by additional branches and offices of the participating agency or organization.
Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Program shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The parties understand and agree that they are waiving their right to a trial before a judge or jury. Arbitration between the parties shall be held in Los Angeles County, California.
California Law
This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with California law, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.
