    Tour guides were useless. They explained NOTHING! We were dropped off at locations and had complete free time without any direction or information. Also, the bus driver would never have the bus cool.

    All the services was good. the worse things the hotel that we are staying in Rome which is Colombus Hotel. There is no boil water kettle, no tea, no coffee no sugar (which is actually this items are standard requirements and always provided.. Read full review

    Zurich tour was amazing. All views were beautiful. I think the whole package is worth the price. The tour in vatican was a little tiring because of the long walk but the basilica was great. The tour guides were nice and accomodating esp die.. Read full review
