The tours were pleasant. The bus was a bit outdated as there was no outlet for charging but it was comfortable enough for a short ride. We saw a few gators and native birds. The airboat tour was before noon, so it was not that hot. We enjo..yed the Cruise tour too. The tour guide was knowledgeable but the microphone was too loud. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Great value. Perfect day

I could not change the pick up location. It was 20 min walking from the previous point, but they arrived on time. There was no guide in this tour and the driver left me in the middle of the Everglades just because I was 5m from the pick up ..point, plus, after 5 min of its leave, I had call the company to do a small turn to come back but he refused. I had to escalate the situation to resolve it. Read full review
