Great tour overall! Everything from booking to pick-up went smoothly. The online platform was clear and easy to use, and the support team answered my questions about the weather and activities really quickly. The itinerary hit all the best ..winter spots — Lake Louise, Bow Falls, Emerald Lake — and our guide kept us entertained with stories about the Rockies. Our bilingual guide was cheerful and explained everything clearly in both English and Mandarin. The bus was warm and comfortable, and the route covered so much — Banff, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, and more. My favorite part was the Banff Gondola — the snow-covered peaks looked unreal from up there. The only minor issue was one of the hotels felt a bit old, but still clean and cozy. This 4-day Rockies trip was absolutely magical! From Lake Louise to Johnston Canyon’s frozen waterfalls, everything looked straight out of a postcard. The itinerary was well-paced — not rushed at all — and we had time to enjoy both ad..venture and relaxation. I loved that we could choose extra activities like the sleigh ride and tubing! Booking through the platform was super easy, and their 24-hour customer service really impressed me — I messaged late one night to confirm my airport pick-up, and they replied instantly and politely. The scenery was stunning — can’t beat the Rockies in winter! Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon were unforgettable. However, the schedule felt a bit tight on some days, and the bus pick-up took longer than expected. The guide was friendly ..but sometimes hard to hear at the back of the bus. Customer service was quick when I messaged about my hotel info, so that was a plus. Overall, a decent tour if you don’t mind a busy itinerary. Read full review
