This was truly a trip of a lifetime! From booking to customer support to the actual adventure, everything was flawless. Booking was easy, and I received all the details in advance. The customer service was amazing—available around the clo..ck, and they even helped me adjust my pick-up time when I missed my flight by a few hours. So grateful for their flexibility! Transportation was seamless. We were always picked up on time, and the buses were comfortable. The guide was fantastic, and I could tell he was really passionate about the Arctic culture and the Northern Lights. He kept us engaged and shared so much interesting info throughout the journey. Accommodation was out of this world—especially the glass igloo! Waking up to see the Northern Lights from your bed is a memory I’ll cherish forever. The lakeside spa hotel was lovely, and I made full use of the sauna and thermal suite. The activities were all well-organized, and I enjoyed every single one—from snowmobiling to ice fishing. The whole itinerary was well-thought-out and offered the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. I absolutely loved this tour! The booking process was easy, and I was really impressed with the 24/7 customer service. I had a last-minute question about what to wear, and they got back to me within minutes, which was fantastic. It really p..ut my mind at ease before the trip. The transportation was comfortable and on schedule, but I did feel like we could have had a little more time in each place to fully enjoy it. The activities were amazing though—snowshoeing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling were so much fun. The guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and personable, but there were a couple of moments where I wish we had a bit more time to take in the sights. Accommodation was great! The lakeside spa hotel was beautiful and peaceful, and the glass igloo was a unique experience. It was chilly, but the views of the Northern Lights made up for it. The itinerary was packed, and I appreciated the mix of outdoor activities and cultural visits. The trip to Santa Claus Village was fun but felt a bit touristy.
