Booking this tour was incredibly easy through the platform—no complaints there at all. The reservation process was smooth, and I received all the details I needed in advance. Customer service was available 24/7, and I had a couple of ques..tions about what to bring for the weather. They responded quickly and helped me pack the right gear, which was really appreciated. The transportation was a bit of a mixed bag. We spent a lot of time traveling between Rovaniemi and Tromsø, and while the bus was comfortable, it did feel like there were long stretches of downtime that could’ve been better used. The guide was nice, but I didn’t feel like we had enough time to ask questions or really explore the destinations in depth. It felt rushed in places. Accommodation in Tromsø was basic but cozy. We stayed in a simple lodge, which had everything we needed. The whale watching was incredible though, and the Northern Lights hunt was worth the trip. The highlight, of course, was the whale watching. I was blown away by the whales and the pristine fjords. Accommodation in Tromsø was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for the Northern Lights hunt. The whale watching was the highlight of the trip for me—seeing those magnificent creatures up close was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
