This tour exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I was picked up at Athens airport, everything ran smoothly. The half-day Athens sightseeing tour was a great start, and standing at the Temple of Olympian Zeus gave me chills... Olympia felt surreal — to see where it all began! But Meteora was the crown jewel — I've never seen anything like it. The monasteries in the sky were spiritual, serene, and so unique. Our guide was patient and answered every random question I had. Hotels were fine, not luxurious but comfortable, and the breakfasts kept me going. I'm glad I chose this tour because it gave me the perfect mix of culture, history, and awe-inspiring landscapes. I’ll start by saying that Greece is absolutely worth visiting, and this tour covered many of the main highlights. Meteora and Delphi were jaw-dropping, and I learned a lot from the guides. However, the customer service left me a bit frust..rated. Emails before the trip went unanswered for weeks, and one of the hotel check-ins took forever because of miscommunication. The bus was comfortable, though, and the driver did a great job on those winding mountain roads. If the company polished their organization a bit, this could easily be a 5-star experience. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Greece. The itinerary was well thought out — I never felt rushed but also didn’t feel like we missed anything important. Olympia blew my mind, standing where the original Ol..ympic Games took place. Meteora was hands down the highlight, those monasteries on the cliffs are something I’ll never forget. Our guide really knew how to bring mythology and history to life. The included dinners were tasty (especially in Delphi), and breakfast buffets gave us a strong start to the day. I joined this 7-day Greece tour with pretty high expectations, and for the most part, it delivered. The itinerary was packed with must-sees — Athens’ Acropolis Museum was fascinating, Delphi’s ruins were magical, and Meteora literally.. felt like walking into a postcard. Our guide, Yannis, was knowledgeable and funny, which made the long drives more enjoyable. The downside for me was the hotels in Delphi and Olympia. They were clean but very basic, not quite what I imagined for such a historic trip. Still, waking up in Kalambaka with Meteora in the background almost made up for it. Overall, well worth the time.
