This was my first time in Greece, and I have to admit the historical part was jaw-dropping. Olympia and Delphi felt like stepping into a history book, and Meteora really is as spectacular as everyone says. Our guide in Delphi, Panos, was kn..owledgeable and funny—definitely a highlight. That said, the transportation arrangements could be improved. The bus was often cramped and not the most comfortable for long rides. The ferry to Santorini was delayed and very crowded. Hotels in Athens and Kalambaka were fine, but the one in Delphi felt a bit outdated, and Wi-Fi was spotty. I’d still recommend the tour for the sites alone, but if you’re expecting a seamless, high-end experience, you might be disappointed. Read full review
I booked this 10-day Greece tour mostly because I wanted a good balance of history and relaxation, and it really delivered. Standing at the Acropolis and later in Delphi gave me goosebumps—our guide actually quoted Socrates while explaini..ng the ruins, which made it all come alive. Meteora was surreal, like something from another world, though the monasteries involved a LOT of steps. The transfers between Athens, Delphi, and Kalambaka were smooth, though the ferry to Santorini was quite long (bring snacks). Hotels were basic but clean—don’t expect luxury, more like solid 3-star European standards. Breakfasts were repetitive (lots of bread and cheese), but the included dinners during the classical tour were hearty. Overall, I loved the itinerary and the pacing, especially having time to just breathe on Santorini after all the sightseeing. Customer service was responsive, though check-in at one hotel was slow. Still, this was a trip I’ll remember forever. Read full review
I’ll be honest—I had high hopes for this tour, but it didn’t fully live up to them. The sites were, of course, incredible. You can’t go wrong with Athens or Santorini. However, the organization wasn’t great. Our bus was late twice.., and the ferry back from Santorini arrived way behind schedule, which messed up my flight plans. The guides varied—one was excellent in Meteora, another seemed rushed in Athens. Hotels were average at best; one in Delphi felt cold and impersonal. Breakfasts were very repetitive, and for a 10-day trip, I expected a bit more variety. I understand group tours have their limitations, but I wish the logistics had been smoother. This could be an amazing experience if the company tightens up its operations. Read full review
This tour honestly blew me away. From the moment we were met at the Athens airport, everything felt easy and well-organized. The Athens city tour gave me chills—seeing the Parthenon lit up in the evening was magical. Delphi was fascinatin..g, but Meteora absolutely stole my heart. Our guide, Eleni, shared stories about the monks that made the whole place feel alive. The hotels were better than I expected for 3-star—especially the one in Santorini, which had a lovely little balcony overlooking the sea. Daily breakfasts kept us fueled, and the included dinners were a nice bonus. The ferry rides were long but comfortable enough, and it was worth it once we stepped onto Santorini. I liked that the tour had structure but also gave us downtime, especially on Santorini where we could just wander, sip wine, and take in the views. I came back with incredible photos, a deeper appreciation of Greek history, and a serious craving for baklava. Read full review
