I’ve done quite a few group tours in Europe, but this one stood out for how balanced it was. Ancient history in Athens and Delphi, spiritual awe in Meteora, and pure island bliss in Santorini. The guides knew their stuff but also kept thi..ngs light and fun, which I appreciated. Accommodation was exactly as promised, nothing fancy but comfortable. Transport was efficient, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. The best part for me was sitting on a terrace in Santorini after a week of sightseeing — that view alone was worth the whole trip. Would 100% recommend this tour to first-time visitors to Greece. I’ll start with the positives: the guide was excellent, very engaging, and the itinerary really covered the big highlights of Greece. Meteora especially was breathtaking — easily the best part of the trip. But I had a couple of issues... The ferry to Santorini was delayed both ways, which ate into our leisure time on the island. Our hotel in Athens was a bit noisy, and breakfast there wasn’t great compared to Delphi and Kalambaka. Customer service was polite but sometimes slow in answering questions. In short, I don’t regret going — the sights were absolutely worth it — but I wish the organization on the Santorini leg had been a bit tighter. Read full review
Great itinerary overall, and very smooth logistics from the airport pick-up to the last transfer back. The Athens city tour was a highlight for me, especially seeing the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Delphi was amazing too, though crowded. I di..d feel the Santorini portion was slightly too short, especially given how long the ferry ride is. I would have loved at least one more full day there. The hotels were clean but not luxurious (which I expected for 3-star). That said, the Meteora experience was absolutely unforgettable. I still catch myself scrolling through my photos in awe. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better 8 days in Greece. The mix of Athens, Delphi, Meteora, and finally Santorini was just perfect. Our guide Maria was super knowledgeable and had a way of bringing Greek mythology to life, especiall..y at the Acropolis and Delphi. The monasteries in Meteora absolutely blew my mind — pictures really don’t do justice to how surreal that landscape is. Hotels were comfortable, breakfasts filling, and the transfers were smooth. The ferry ride to Santorini was long but totally worth it for that first sunset view from Oia. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants history and relaxation rolled into one. Read full review
