I really wanted to love this tour, but honestly, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The booking process was simple, and I got quick responses from customer service when I had questions, so I can’t fault them on that. But when it came.. to the tour itself, it felt like it was rushed all the time. We were in buses for hours, and by the time we got to some of the sites, it felt like we barely had time to explore. The hotel accommodations were also inconsistent. Some were fine, but others were pretty subpar, especially considering the price of the tour. I was expecting more comfort, and one hotel in particular didn’t even have decent Wi-Fi, which was frustrating. The tour guide was polite but didn’t seem very passionate about the history of the sites we visited. I expected a more engaging experience. The sites themselves were beautiful, but I didn’t feel like I had enough time to enjoy them fully. I also felt like the meals were repetitive and not as exciting as I had hoped. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this tour! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The booking process was a breeze—I was able to secure my spot in just a few clicks. Plus, the customer service team was awesome. Th..ey helped me with a few last-minute requests and were available around the clock to answer my questions. The sites we visited were simply amazing. Istanbul’s historic charm, the ancient ruins of Ephesus, and the surreal beauty of Pamukkale were beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed the balance of cultural and natural sites. The meals were delicious, and I found myself looking forward to dinner each night—so many unique Turkish dishes. Our guide, Zeynep, was the best part of the trip. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even more memorable. The hotels were top-notch—comfortable, modern, and well-located. The transport was smooth, and we had plenty of bottled water provided throughout the journey. I was really excited about this tour, and while I enjoyed many of the stops, there were a few aspects that didn’t live up to expectations. Booking was simple enough, and the customer service was excellent—very quick to reply to emails a..nd they were willing to assist with any pre-tour questions I had. I’ve always dreamed of visiting Turkey, and this tour certainly delivered. The booking process was super easy. I appreciated how straightforward it was to reserve everything online, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful whe..never I had questions—always available, and very friendly! The tour itself was fantastic, with a lot of historical depth. The stops in Istanbul were a highlight, especially exploring the Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. I also really enjoyed the visit to Pamukkale’s thermal springs, which were just as beautiful as the photos! Our guide, Emre, was knowledgeable, and he kept us engaged throughout the trip. The hotels were comfortable, though a couple of them felt a bit outdated. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is that some days felt a bit rushed. There were times when I wished we had more free time to explore on our own, especially in Istanbul. But overall, a solid experience, and I’d recommend it! Read full review
