The highlights of the tour were amazing. Ephesus blew me away with how well-preserved it is, and the House of Mary is a tranquil spot that really left a lasting impression on me. Pamukkale was stunning — I’ve seen pictures, but nothing ..compares to being there in person. However, I do wish we had a bit more time to enjoy Pamukkale. I felt a little rushed before heading to Hierapolis. Our guide, Emre, was fantastic and really helped make the history come alive. The food was delicious — some of the best I had during my entire time in Turkey. The hotel in Kusadasi was basic but clean and comfortable.
